Hello! I’m Samantha Dukes (Ellsworth), a proud Swansboro native with a passion for real estate and a heart for helping people. Born and raised in this charming coastal town, I have a deep understanding of its unique neighborhoods, hidden gems, and the lifestyle it offers. Growing up, I had the privilege of watching Gigi build her legacy from the ground up and I feel so honored to be a part of Southern Coast Realty Group.
After earning my Masters of Social Work and establishing myself as a therapist in a private practice, I decided it was time to pursue real estate. Guiding individuals and families through life transitions has always been my forte and I am so excited to continue doing that through helping others find their dream home.
Outside of my professional life, I am happily married and we have two fur-babies. As a pet-friendly REALTOR®, I understand the importance of finding a home that fits the needs of every member of the family, including our four-legged companions.
